- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an 11:10 appt. I got there at 10:45, filled out all paperwork and paid 135.00 up front for a d.O.T. Medical exam. After seeing atleast 10 people come in after me and were seen and left I starting to complain. At 12pm i left. The w9man at the desk was too busy on the phone to refund my money, so now i will seek refund through c.C. Company. Very unproffessional and they didnt seem to care at all that i was leaving.May 14, 2017by Matt Vereline
